I am blessed to live between the Lough & the Sea on the Ards Peninsula- an area of outstanding natural beauty in Northern Ireland. But what I love most about my home is who I share it with! I’m happily married to Rob. We have two teenagers- Caris & Ethan, & a bouncy Hungarian Viszla named Layla!
I work as a GP (Family Doctor) In my ‘spare time’ I read, collect quotes & write this blog ‘Blessed!’

Beneath our cover, beyond the facade of our lives, we all have a story.

Maybe you haven’t met God- the Author of life yet. Maybe you have more questions than answers.
Maybe today you need to start looking for God.
For He came to earth to seek & save the lost. (Luke 19:10)
Maybe you need to discover the story of life & get to know the Author.
